There is a delightful walk favoured by Abingdonians to Radley. It starts in the Market Place, passes through Abbey Park, over Slippy footbridge into Barton Meadows along the old railway track pass the few houses which represent the lost hamlet of Thrupp and on your left past on your rightthe disappeared Iron Age Causeway until you swing left by Radley Lakes these are a beautiful site which change with the seasons.
